The same day I received my Fibur I sold my phenom without the iSwitch so I never tested it. I use my Fibur barrel on my Empire Axe, no issues, shoots great. It's as quiet as a GEO 2.0
I too am having the same issue, brand new A5, never, ever broke a ball with the stock barrel. I have the DW barrel on my autococker and love it so ordered one for the A5. Nothing but problems, I am not happy with this situation. I now am having ball breaks about every 5-10 rounds through this barrel. How do we go about getting this "repair sleeve?" Do you guys actually answer your phone? Or is it always a message?

Hey Colin, sorry if my last post sounded harsh. Colin did call me back a couple hours after leaving a message and is sending the repair sleeve out. As far as DW's customer service goes it was very smooth and easy. I will post back with the outcome once the sleeve arrives.
