Rastas, sorry again for the slow reply, this forum seems to have trouble letting us know when new posts are available.
The phenom barrel is now available, it is an upgrade option and it includes a small stainless ring you insert behind your freak insert. This bridges the diameter gab that results from the bolt pushing into the barrel, creating a transition that prevents ball breakage.
If you (or anyone else) already have a barrel for your Phenom, just email us at support (at) deadlywind.com and we will get you set up with an upgrade part.
