Make
sure the middle screw is loose! (It should still loose
be from when the bolt was removed prior to this)

Slide
bolt assembly in from the back
Engage
the chamber threads as you screw the bolt assembly in.

Once
the bolt chamber is properly threaded snugly into the
breach, back off the tail access plug until the back screw
finds it designated threaded hole. If it does not find
a hole, you may need to remove the tail access plug, rotate
it, and slide it back in to engage a different set of
hex flats and expose more threaded holes for the back
screw to find. The tail access plug should have about
22* of rotational freedom.

Tighten
the back screw
Tighten
middle screw
